Ergon Line is involved every day in the analysis of the performance of its products and in the study of the contexts of use. Premise to the design and choice of the tool is to distinguish the type and the end of the application, through three variables: surface, paint and expectations.

To solve the equation, the function must be translated into shape: the right roller with the right shape allows to carry out a simple and effective job, which qualifies the result to the maximum.

TO EASE THE APPLICATION ON CORNERS AND BASEBOARDS.
45 degree angle special frame. The minirollers are suitable for finishes on edges, recesses and slits. Working in pressure on a corner, with a 5 or 10 cm miniroller and a standard frame perpendicular to the wall, hardens the roller stroke, that is constrained by the hand against the wall. The 45 degrees frame follows the natural arm inclination and allows a diagonal application. For an easy and effective work.

TIPS

COUNTER THE SIGN OF ROLLER-STROKES WITH MEDIUM OR HIGH-DENSITY PAINT PRODUCTS.
Choose a bevelled roller. The pile flared along the round edges is ideal for a no-marks application and a perfectly even finish. The bevelled roller cushions the pressure and provides a uniform distribution of the paint, avoiding the unpleasant drop-effect to be taken back in a later stage. The roller-stroke is smooth and easy, it allows a glass-like finish with enamel and lacquer. The bevelling also contributes to minimize the wear on the tool’s edges and the lint loss during application, an essential benefit with long-pile paint rollers, more liable to wear.

Ergon Line chose to integrate shaving machines in order to select different countersink angle and width depending on pile height, the fabric consistency and the final product aesthetic balance.

PROFESSIONAL APPLICATIONS: THE SUITABLE PRODUCT STRUCTURE.
Double pawl in-and-out sleeve.

A professional paint roller shall ensure robustness, tightness and avoid paint-entry into the core body. The extractable structure allows an easy stick frame removal and enables washing and replacement. Side plugs traction is left to an inner tube and the whole spin mechanic is incorporated in the cylinder body.

The Ergon Line double pawl solution for sleeves brings two cylinders in the side plastic gears: the rotation control is located out toward the ends to enhance stability over the entire tool length. For a solid tool and a perfectly balanced roller stroke.

APPLICATION STABILITY ON THE HORIZONTAL PLANE.
Adjustable double arm-frame. The horizontal bracket can be shortened or expanded to strongly fasten the sleeve and avoid any longitudinal oscillation. The movable side-arm enables a quick roller replacement and mounting. Ergon Line devices a steel great bones, where thickness and weight of single parts are calibrated and optimized for a precision job on the horizontal plane. The ergonomic handle fits with pole threaded insert and keeps the frame perfectly secured.

Different sizes for a single handle: Ergon Line adjustable double-arm frame could fit every floor coating paint roller from 40 to 60 cm.
